Apparently these relationships are obvious and recognizable in elderly and brain damaged people.

The next dimension of interaction seems to develop much later in life. As pointed out the child develops constancy in the belief of the existence of others, the existence of their own mind and in their relationship to external objects; but the fourth dimension is a need which grows out of maturation and new fundamental questions arise about life.
